Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Omnifeed mobile application ("the App"), provided by AF APPS ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.

2. The App is independent

Omnifeed is an independent, third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok Ltd., X Corp., Reddit Inc., Google LLC, LinkedIn Corp., Pinterest Inc., or any other social-network operator. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners. We name those services only so you know which networks you can connect.

3. Your accounts on third-party services

• When you connect an account, you authorize the App to act on your behalf within the scope you grant, solely on your device.
• Your use of any third-party service through the App remains subject to that service's own terms and policies. Complying with them is your responsibility.
• You can disconnect any account at any time in Settings → Privacy. The App immediately removes the corresponding tokens from your device.

4. Acceptable use

You may not, and may not help anyone else:

• Use the App to send spam or to harass or abuse anyone.
• Use the App to violate any third-party network's terms or any applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Use the App to scrape or collect content at scale.
• Attempt to circumvent advertising shown in the App.
• Use the App to impersonate others or to upload malware or harmful content.

We may suspend or discontinue your access if you breach these rules.

5. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. We do not control individual ad creatives. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

6. Intellectual property

• The App, its design, and its original code and content are owned by AF APPS. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control.
• You retain all rights to the content you create and post through the App.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Third-party social networks may change or restrict their APIs at any time, which may affect the App's functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AF APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. BECAUSE THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IN ANY MATTER SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AF APPS from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or your violation of applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and remove your data at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling the App. We may discontinue the App, or your access to it, for breaches of these Terms or for legal or operational reasons.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which AF APPS is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and we will notify you in the App of material changes. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
